We offer this service to anyone wishing to enquire about financial planning services, loans, mortgages or insurance, including mortgages, secured loans, personal loans, equity release or lifetime mortgages, pensions, life insurance and health insurance.

We do not sell, arrange or review financial products. You cannot buy a product from us. Our role is merely to direct you to, and assist you in obtaining advice and/or products from, a bona fide regulated entity.
Enquirers will not be charged for our services.
We will either receive a fee for introducing you to a firm, or a commission (at no cost to the enquirer) should you buy a product and/or service from the firm.
From time to time we run promotional "guarantee" offers relating to specific products, such as best price or best rate guarantees on insurance, mortgages or pension annuities. Every current offer, along with its full terms, eligibility criteria, claim process and expiry date, is published on our Guarantees page. Any promotional offer not listed there is not currently live and cannot be claimed. We reserve the right to vary, withdraw or extend any offer at any time.
We cannot guarantee that a provider will offer a solution. This may be as a result, directly or indirectly, of a systems problem, issues which are unforeseeable or outside of our control or that of the providers, or because information has been provided incorrectly. Accordingly, we shall not be liable for any loss you may suffer unless we have been negligent or not acted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or unless otherwise required by UK law. Where you do not use this form with reasonable care and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or we discover or are notified that you are using this form fraudulently, we and/or the provider reserve the right to charge you for any reasonable costs that we may incur in taking action to stop you using the form and recover any monies owed as a result of your activities.
